His & Her Silhouette does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind, on any items offered in our store.
We ask that you use our "Size Chart" and "Measurement Diagram" to choose the best garment size for you.
Garments may loose their color or elasticity if not handled properly. Follow the care instructions attached to the garment to avoid loss of color or damage to garments. Care for the garments is the customers responsibility and the quality of the fabric and color of the garment is not warranted by His & Her Silhouette.
Sizes displayed on garments are only for references and might not be standard. Customers are responsible to check for the actual size of the garment and use our "Size Chart" to assure the right size has been purchased.
Why NO Returns or Exchanges?- You Might Ask..
Due to hygiene purposes, we do not want to sell you a product that someone else has worn, even if it is just once.
The garments we carry are manufactured in Colombia and sold locally in the U.S for the convenience of our customers. It is not possible for us to return product back to the manufacturer as the management and shipping costs are prohibitive. To entertain any kind of returns we would have to incur at least 30% additional cost, which means we will have to pass the cost back to you - the customer.
Instead we ask that you make sure the product you are purchasing is according to your measurements.
